* Welcome God every day by reading the Living Faith devotional before work (~1 min). Order at http://www.livingfaith.com/.
If you hold back your foot on the sabbath from following your own pursuits on my holy day ... Then you shall delight in the Lord ... Isaiah 58:13-14
Devotion snippets: "Lent is the perfect time for that kind of clean sweep, that kind of effort to make God a true priority in our lives and not someone for whom we just can't find the time. Loving Savior, I want to keep your day holy. Help me to make you a priority in my life as you have made me a priority in yours with your great sacrifice." by Heather Wilson
Rich's comments: Do you try to make plans for God in your day, or do you plan your day around God? Do you push God aside and say to yourself that once I have all of my chores done, bills paid, responsibilities of the World taken care of ... then I can sit down in peace and silence and be with God? We should know by now that if something is important to us, it should take priority in our life. God, may we place You at the center of our life and allow everything that we do be a prayer to You. Amen.
Through Christ Our Lord,
Rich
