.Pat's Reflections: What does it take to change your mind? Thank God for ultrasound machines that give parents an opportunity to see Life and change their mind about having an abortion. Think of the times that God has given us opportunities to change our minds by providing a clear message through a fellow Christian...that was ignored because of stubborn deafness to His voice and self-righteous attitude towards others. Lord, when we realize that we are wrong, may we courageously change our mind and heart...and then reconcile ourselves closer to you. Amen.

Faith Challenge: In preparation to see and hear our Lord on Christmas morning, let's embrace the healing Sacrament of Reconciliation this week. If we can wait in shopping lines and Santa lines, we can gladly wait in Jesus lines.
