* Welcome God every morning before your work by taking ~5 min to read this Living In Faith Exchange (LIFE) Group devotion (life-devotions.blogspot.com), which has snippets from Living Faith (livingfaith.com). All whatsoever you do in word or in work, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Col. 3:17
Who is this that obscures divine plans with words of ignorance? Job 38:2
Living Faith snippets: "God has allowed disasters to befall Job - disasters that Job did nothing to deserve. God is intent on making one point clear: human ponderings of God's sometimes bewildering ways cannot attain any insight unless they begin with a recognition of our own creatureliness [God made us!]. "The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord," the author of Proverbs wrote." by Kevin Perrrotta
Pat nuggets:
* Yesterday, my Uncle Mike sent me a message titled "God morning", where he shared about the power of prayer in a tough situation with his daughter and grandson. My response is sprinkled with Job insights..."I am REALLY happy to hear that the situation with Isaac and Rachelle is improving...may God's mercy and grace continue to shine on this situation. As you know, God never promised us that it would be pain free (suffering)...but He does give us apparent life support in critical times (forgiveness, miracles, God sightings, blessings...). Mysteriously, it is the suffering that often brings us closer to God (realize our total need for Him). The suffering also helps us realize our blessings and appreciate them. I guess this is why the Saints came to also thank God for their times of suffering. Thank you for your active defense of the defenseless unborn! We are blessed to have you part of the LIFE Devotions Group faith community. You are a true Christian warrior fighting for Truth." Here is part of Uncle Mike's response, "I was looking at my subject line and I meant to say good morning, however I think God morning is on my mind. This is awesome!" Coincidence, I think not!

* Rob Ouellette shared this from Austin Ruse, President of C-FAM...the only pro-life group working exclusively on UN social policy: "The UN will celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights this December 10th. Radical pro-abortion groups intend to present the UN General Assembly with petitions calling for a universal right to abortion. Campaigns are being waged right now by International Planned Parenthood Federation and Maire Stopes International, the two groups responsible for more abortions than any other groups in the world. Both are beloved of the powers that be at the UN; and their efforts to promote an international right to abortion are welcomed by many UN Member States, perhaps most of the UN bureaucracy, and powerful US foundations that give millions to promote abortion at the UN and around the world. I am writing to ask you to sign a petition calling on UN Members States to interpret the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as protecting the unborn child from abortion. Did you know that the Universal Declaration calls for a right to life? Did you know that UN committees now interpret that as a right to abortion? Please go HERE to sign the petition. Please send this email to all of your family and friends." [There are about 115,000 abortions per day in the world, http://www.abortionno.org/Resources/fastfacts.html.]
Sr. Francelle devotion: Read her devotion titled "I have learned to be content in all things. Phil 4:11" at http://sisterfrancelle.blogspot.com/. Here is a snippet: "John D. Rockefeller, richest man in America, was once asked how much money is enough. He thought a minute and said, "Just a little more than one has." The wealthiest man couldn't even say, "I have enough." Material things are a trap. So "Beware"! They give no lasting satisfaction. It is only in what Jesus provides that we can find genuine contentment."
40 Days for Life campaign (24 Sep to 2 Nov): Campaigns in 179 cities in 47 states (24/7 for 40 days). Please sign up to pray an hour in front your local abortion mill.

Faith Quote: "In working to save the unborn, let's not worry about what will happen to us if we act; let's worry about what will happen to the unborn if we don't." by Fr. Frank Pavone, Priests for Life
Through Christ for ProLife,

* Prayer: Prayer connects us with God's will & His miracles, thereby changing us & helping others. Wayne Watson lyrics, “When God's people pray, there is hope reborn, there is sin forgiven, and miracles you can't explain await!” 'If you pray that God will move a mountain and He doesn’t, assume Christ wants you to climb it instead & see Him.'
* Defend the unborn: 'Rescue those who are unjustly sentenced to death; don’t stand back and let them die' (Prov 24:11). 'Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you' (Jer 1:5). 'It is a great poverty that a child must die that you might lie as you wish' Blessed Mother Teresa. Prayer to End Abortion.
* Evangelization: Let's make room for non-believers (be a friend, make a friend, lead friend to Christ) and perpetual re-evangelization of self and those near us, by way of daily prayer (relationship) and following Christ's example of selfless love, mercy, and service.
Let's joyfully live out the Good News and gladly tell others about it (Mark 16:15)!
